SaaS – Cost Accounting

I'm building a Rails SaaS, my background is cost and management accounting. I can't find anyway or tools to estimate cost. Specifically cost per user. Given a 16GB droplet for the app server, database, Redis...How do you estimate cost per user and incremental cost per user? Thanks Johann
