Creating AI agents - Create an AI agent and upload your text/website URL in source to train the agent. Wait for indexing to be completed.
Automatic AI response - Go to Automations > enable the AI response automation to let the AI agent reply to your customer supports tickets received via email.

Setup inbox - Setup your inbox like your-support@ticketdesk.ai (with email forwarding for white-labeling) and send ticket to Ticketdesk AI
